Service Terms

Interpreters should arrive at the appointment 5–10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Please use the link in the assignment letter email or text (818) 671-7381 upon arrival.

Mileage is not guaranteed for any assignment unless specifically agreed to and listed in the pay rate above. When approved, mileage is paid at $0.50 per mile.

You must submit receipts for parking and/or tolls within 24 hours for reimbursement.

Interpreters must report any issues or changes during the assignment to Lexi Interpretation Services immediately.

No-shows must be reported before the interpreter is released to guarantee payment. Do not leave the facility until we have authorization or you may forfeit payment.

Failure to notify us of your arrival and departure times will result in minimum payment.

Please review the terms and pay rate. Minimum pay rate of 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours as specified in the pay rate above are guaranteed.

Interpreters must maintain objectivity and impartiality at all times during an assignment.

Interpreter appearance must be professional at all times.

All information about the claimant, including any medical, legal, or financial matters, must be kept strictly confidential.
